Refund policy

Customers have 21 days from the date of delivery to return their items.

After completing this form we will contact you by email with next steps.

When returning the product, it must be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must have all of the tags attached to it. No ink stains, no makeup stains, no missing trims and no tears. In addition, it has to be returned in its original package along with the invoice (order slip) that was delivered with your order. 

For returns and exchanges we will provide a return shipping label and will send it by email. We will also provide instructions on where (and which shipping carrier) to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All jewelry and sale items in the "LAST CHANCE" section of our website is  FINAL SALE and cannot be returned nor exchanged.

Exchanges
If the customer is not happy with the size or color of the product they've ordered they can request to exchange for a newer size or color for that same product. Please note that due to our minimal supply, we may not have the size or color that you want to exchange right away. Please allow 7-14 business days for our team to replenish more units. 

Refunds
During this process, We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Return funds will be refunded to the customers DEBIT or CREDIT card that was used during time of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
